昨晚實驗成功的減肥菜單:
1) 豆腐草菇素菜羹 (評分: 90/100)
2) 冬菇絲蒸水蛋 (評分: 70/100, 有少少未夠熟)
3) 蠔油芥蘭 (評分: 99/100, 但無難度可言)
4) 白飯
